Wilfried Bony has signed for Man City - Ivory Coast Federation

Swansea City striker Wilfried Bony has completed his £28m transfer to Manchester City, according to the Ivory Coast Football Federation.

The 26-year-old is currently on international duty with Ivory Coast at the Africa Cup of Nations.

BBC Sport understands there is still some paperwork to be finalised on the former Vitesse Arnhem player's move.

But the Ivory Coast Football Federation said: "Bony has signed with Manchester City this Wednesday, 14 January."
